Our Counselors
Mrs. Walker Hello, my name is Jennifer Walker. I am one of the counselors here at Lakewood Elementary School. I am so excited to be a Lakewood Explorer. I am a graduate of Central High School. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Auburn University in Special Education and my Master's Degree from Troy State University, Phenix City in School Counseling. I am starting my 13th year in education and my 8th year as a school counselor. I am married to Jody Walker of Valley, Alabama. He teaches 12th grade Government and Economics at Central High School and coaches 9th grade football. We have one son, Brayden, who will be 4 years old in September.
Mrs. Wilson Hello, my name is Christina Wilson. I am also a counselor here at Lakewood Elementary School. I have recently received my Specialist Degree in Counseling. For the past five years I taught 9th grade literature at Central High School. I am looking forward to becoming a Lakewood Explorer and am excited about the upcoming year. My husband Eric and I are the proud parents of triplets, Sarah, Haley and Eric Jr.
