Tuesday

-Discuss the Word of the Week:  Courtesy

-Brainstorm ideas about the word.

-Write the ideas in the Changing Lives activity book.

-Write a rough draft for the Word of the Week in the Changing Lives activity book.

Always print in legible handwriting.

-Write down all assignments in planner, even if they are completed.

-Get your planner signed by your parent/guardian every night.

-Write a paragraph in “sandwich” style using the provided prompt.

-Always print in legible handwriting.

-Review identifying parts of a circle on pages 336-337 and calculating the diameter, radius, and circumference on 542-545.  Study for the Mastery test on Wednesday.

-Review interpreting data from pictographs.  Second mastery test is on Wednesday.

-Work on Accelerated Math.  Students must mastery 40 objectives this last nine weeks.

-Define vocabulary on pages A18.

-Draw the plant and animal cells and label correctly.

-Study for a mastery test on paragraph writing.

-Calculate elapsed time on pages 564-567.  Study for the Mastery Test on Friday.

-Review triangles on pages 342-345 for the second Mastery test on Friday.

-Demonstrate knowledge of mean, median, mode, and range by taking the second Mastery Test.

-Work on Accelerated Math.  Students must mastery 40 objectives this last nine weeks.

-Go over the Reading in Science worksheets.
