-Write a paragraph in “sandwich” style using the provided prompt.

-Type one a paragraph as finished product for mastery of  “use computer for expression.”

-Complete animal research project and present your work to the class for a mastery grade on “Organize and present in visual, oral, and print form.”

-Discuss customary measures on pages 614-615, 622-623, and 620-621.  Test on Wednesday.

-Work on Accelerated Math.  Students must mastery 40 objectives this last nine weeks.

8:30-10:00 Take the DRP (Degrees of Reading Power).

-Work on Accelerated Math.  Students must mastery 40 objectives this last nine weeks.

-Discuss photosynthesis and respiration on pages A32-A33.

-Discuss how water gets from roots to leaves and how it loses water through the leaves (transpiration).

-Draw, label, and color how water moves through a tree on page A 37.

-Study for a mastery test on paragraph writing.

-Always print in legible handwriting.

-Complete animal research project and present your work to the class for a mastery grade on “Organize and present in visual, oral, and print form.”

-Review metric measures and appropriate measures for mastery tests on Friday.

-Review perimeter, area, and volume formulas.  Test on Monday.

-Work on Accelerated Math.  Students must mastery 40 objectives this last nine weeks.

-Check on the Tomatosphere.

-Demonstrate knowledge of number sentences by taking the Mastery Tests.

-Discuss what parts of plants we eat on page A38.

-Read “The Power of Green” in small groups.
